Method 1: Direct In-App Deletion (Instant)
The fastest and most direct way to delete your account is from within the HerCare mobile application:
- Open the HerCare application on your smartphone.
- Tap on your Profile / Settings icon in the top header.
- Select Privacy & Security.
- Scroll down and tap Delete My Account.
- Confirm the prompt. Your data will be permanently wiped immediately.
Method 2: Web Deletion Request Form
If you no longer have access to your mobile device or have uninstalled the application, you can submit a manual deletion request below using the email associated with your account, or contact our Data Privacy team directly at hello@thehercare.in:
What Happens to Your Data?
Upon deletion confirmation, the following data is permanently purged:
- User profile records and authentication tokens.
- All recorded cycle history, period start/end dates, and flow intensity logs.
- All symptom entries, mood tags, and client-encrypted personal notes.
- Daily hydration metrics, step logs, and quiz activity.
- Any active partner synchronization pairings.
Important: Active App Store Subscriptions
Subscription Cancellation Reminder:
Deleting your HerCare account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play or Apple App Store recurring subscription. To avoid future billing, please cancel your subscription in your Google Play Store or App Store account settings before or after deleting your account.
